🎨 Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, and prototyping to validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
🛠️ Must-Have Skills & Tools
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (Figma preferred).
- Strong knowledge of prototyping tools (InVision, ProtoPie, Framer).
- Proficiency in user research, personas, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, basic JS is a plus).
- Experience with motion design & micro-interactions (After Effects, Principle).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI projects (include link in application).
