🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🧩 Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- 🗺️ Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using best UX practices
- 🎯 Translate business needs and user insights into intuitive design solutions
- 💡 Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- 📊 Create design systems and maintain UI/UX consistency across platforms
- ⚙️ Work closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- 🧪 Iterate designs based on A/B testing, analytics, and feedback
- 🧭 Maintain deep understanding of accessibility and usability standards
🧰 Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- ✅ Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- ✅ Proficiency with prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure
- ✅ Experience with user research tools (Hotjar, Maze, Lookback, etc.)
- ✅ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (bonus for design-dev collaboration)
- ✅ Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG)
- ✅ Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects and problem-solving approach
- ✅ Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- ✅ Comfortable using Agile/Scrum methodologies
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX design or interaction design
- Proven experience in designing for web, mobile, and cross-platform interfaces
- Strong communication skills and ability to present designs effectively to stakeholders
- Passion for clean, elegant design and a user-centered mindset
