KILONEWTONS is seeking a skilled Transport Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee transportation operations, manage fleet logistics, and ensure safe and efficient delivery of materials and personnel. The ideal candidate will optimize routes, monitor fleet performance, and coordinate with project teams to meet operational targets.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, manage, and monitor daily transport operations
✅ Oversee fleet management including vehicle maintenance and registration
✅ Coordinate transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel
✅ Develop and optimize routes for cost-effective and timely delivery
✅ Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
✅ Track and report on fleet performance, fuel consumption, and transport costs
✅ Implement transport policies, procedures, and best practices
✅ Supervise drivers and support staff, including training and performance reviews
✅ Collaborate with project managers to meet logistics requirements
✅ Handle transport-related documentation, permits, and reports
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a Transport Manager or Fleet Supervisor
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, or related field preferred
🔹 Experience in UAE-based construction or industrial projects preferred
🔹 Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities
