🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🏗️ Develop, analyze, and review technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications
- ⚙️ Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling
- 📐 Provide technical support across multiple stages of a project, from concept to completion
- 📊 Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and project evaluations
- 🔍 Conduct field inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of systems and components
- 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, architects, contractors)
- 🧩 Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and client specifications
- ♻️ Recommend improvements and value engineering for greater efficiency
- 🔧 Supervise junior engineers or technicians where applicable
🧰 Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- ✅ Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks
- ✅ Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- ✅ Familiar with BIM, ERP software, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- ✅ Understanding of European/Spanish engineering standards and codes
- ✅ Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
- ✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative engineering team
🎓 Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Structural Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on engineering experience in design, field, or project-based roles
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus
- Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are an advantage
