- Serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients, managing escalations and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Onboard, train, and support clients on KILONEWTONSβ products and integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinating with engineering teams for swift resolution.
- Develop customized success plans to maximize client ROI and product adoption.
- Monitor KPIs, usage analytics, and health checks to proactively address risks.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements internally.
π οΈ Must-Have Skills & Tools

5+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering (SaaS/tech industry preferred).

Strong technical aptitude β ability to debug APIs, analyze logs, and explain cloud architectures.

Expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot) and support platforms (Zendesk, Jira).

Knowledge of enterprise IT ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, SQL).

Outstanding communication & presentation skills β able to simplify tech for non-technical stakeholders.
