🚀 Position Overview
The Sustainability Manager at KILONEWTONS will oversee environmental compliance, develop sustainability initiatives, and guide internal and external stakeholders toward measurable climate and energy goals. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ESG frameworks, carbon footprint analysis, and sustainability reporting tools, along with strong leadership and project management skills.

✅ Develop and implement corporate sustainability and ESG strategies aligned with global standards.
✅ Lead sustainability audits and carbon footprint assessments across facilities and operations.
✅ Manage sustainability certifications (LEED, ISO 14001, B Corp, etc.).
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate green practices into business operations.
✅ Monitor compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
✅ Prepare sustainability reports and dashboards for stakeholders and investors.
✅ Evaluate renewable energy options, waste reduction initiatives, and supply chain sustainability.
✅ Engage employees through sustainability training and awareness programs.
✅ Research emerging sustainability trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
