- Lead and mentor a team of 150 technicians/staff members
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
- Implement safety protocols and ensure 100% compliance
- Prepare work schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and personnel
- Collaborate with management to improve processes
🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years supervisory experience in construction industry
- Technical knowledge of construction industry
- Proficiency in:
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
