Role Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Structural Engineer to join our expanding operations in Germany. In this core role, you will be responsible for the structural analysis, design, and integrity of our complex commercial and industrial projects. You will ensure that our innovative architectural concepts are translated into safe, durable, and highly optimized physical structures, upholding the uncompromising precision that defines KILONEWTONS.
Key Responsibilities: * Perform detailed structural analysis and design for steel, reinforced concrete, and composite structures across large-scale projects.

Develop comprehensive structural models and precise calculations utilizing industry-standard software such as Staad.pro, ETABS, or SAP2000.

Collaborate closely with Architects, BIM Specialists, and Tekla Detailers to ensure seamless multidisciplinary coordination and constructability.

Ensure all structural designs comply strictly with Eurocodes (EN 1990 – EN 1999), DIN standards, and local German building regulations.

Conduct rigorous site inspections and provide technical guidance to Site Engineers to ensure physical execution perfectly matches the design intent.
Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Proven track record as a Structural Engineer working on heavy commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects, preferably within Germany or the broader European market.

Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Staad.pro) and strong familiarity with structural detailing and BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD).

Deep technical knowledge of Eurocodes, building materials, and modern construction methodologies.

Professional working proficiency in English; fluency in German (B2 level or higher) is highly advantageous for coordinating with local authorities and contractors.
