KILONEWTONS is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our retail location in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in retail management with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead all store operations including sales, inventory, and staff management
✔ Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
✔ Train, motivate, and supervise a team of sales associates
✔ Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective stock management
✔ Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve complaints professionally
✔ Analyze sales reports and implement improvement plans
✔ Manage visual merchandising to enhance product presentation
✔ Ensure compliance with all company policies and UAE retail regulations
✔ Control operational costs and minimize losses
✔ Maintain store security and safety standards
🛠️ Required Skills & Systems:
✔ 5+ years UAE experience in retail/store management
✔ Proven success in achieving sales targets
✔ Expertise in:
- Retail POS systems
- Inventory management software
- MS Office (Excel for reporting)
✔ Strong knowledge of: - Visual merchandising principles
- Retail math and KPIs
- Customer relationship management
✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills
✔ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
