KILONEWTONS is looking for a detail-oriented STORE KEEPER to manage inventory, ensure efficient stock control, and maintain warehouse operations in DUBAI, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in storekeeping, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory management software.
📋 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage inventory – Receive, inspect, and record incoming/outgoing stock.
✔ Maintain accurate records – Track stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions.
✔ Conduct regular audits – Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
✔ Ensure warehouse organization – Proper labeling, storage, and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) compliance.
✔ Coordinate with procurement & logistics – Ensure timely replenishment and dispatch.
✔ Handle documentation – Prepare GRNs, delivery notes, and stock reports.
✔ Maintain safety standards – Follow company policies for warehouse safety and hygiene.
🛠️ Must-Have Skills & Software Knowledge
✔ Inventory Management – Stock control, warehousing best practices.
✔ Software Proficiency – SAP MM, Oracle Inventory, MS Excel (Advanced).
✔ Forklift Certification (Preferred) – For handling heavy goods.
