Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Software Developer to join our growing technology team in Turkey. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining the digital infrastructure that supports our global engineering operations. From developing custom cross-platform mobile applications to optimizing the performance and coding of our corporate web platforms, you will ensure our digital presence matches the high-definition, exacting standards of our physical engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities: * Design, code, and rigorously test cross-platform mobile applications using frameworks such as Flutter, ensuring flawless performance across both iOS and Android environments.

Integrate and manage robust backend services, specifically utilizing Firebase for user authentication, real-time database synchronization, and secure cloud storage.
Write and implement custom HTML/CSS code to continuously optimize the UI/UX, schema, and overall site performance of the corporate website (kilonewtons.com).
Configure build environments in Android Studio and actively manage the application publishing and testing lifecycle through platforms like the Google Play Console.
Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to ensure all user interfaces adhere strictly to KILONEWTONS’ visual brand identity, meticulously implementing specified typography (such as Inter Bold) and exact corporate color codes (e.g., #FFBC05).

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Proven track record as a Full Stack or Mobile Software Developer with a strong portfolio of deployed web and mobile applications.
Deep technical proficiency in Dart and Flutter, alongside hands-on experience with Firebase integrations and API development.
Strong front-end web development skills, including advanced HTML/CSS and a solid understanding of modern website performance optimization techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, a self-starter mentality, and an unwavering commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
