👷♂️ Job Summary
KILONEWTONS is seeking an experienced and proactive Site Engineer with 5+ years of experience to manage daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction activities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved drawings and project schedules.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site
✅ Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
✅ Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports
✅ Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards
✅ Support implementation of HSE policies and safety procedures
✅ Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
✅ Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions
✅ Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
✅ Ensure timely completion of works as per project schedule
🎯 Experience & Qualifications
🔹 Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a Site Engineer
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
🔹 Experience in UAE construction projects is preferred
🔹 Strong knowledge of construction methods and site execution
🔹 Good communication and coordination skills
