📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead architectural design development from concept to construction documentation.
✔ Oversee on-site construction supervision to ensure design integrity and quality control.
✔ Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
✔ Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications using BIM tools.
✔ Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
✔ Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues during construction.
🛠 Must-Have Skills & Software Proficiency:
✅ Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino (or similar).
✅ BIM Expertise: Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent BIM collaboration tools.
