🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead design and implementation of civil engineering projects from conception to completion
✔ Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs using AutoCAD, Revit
✔ Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations
✔ Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality control measures
✔ Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government authorities
✔ Perform structural analysis using ETABS or STAAD.Pro
✔ Oversee construction supervision and resolve on-site technical issues
✔ Prepare progress reports and project documentation
📐 Skills & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering (licensed preferred)
✅ 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in infrastructure/construction projects
✅ Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, ETABS/STAAD.Pro
✅ Strong knowledge of concrete/steel structures, soil mechanics, and construction methods
✅ Familiarity with Dubai building codes and regulations (DM, DDA, TRAKHEES)
✅ Excellent project management and leadership skills
✅ Professional English communication (Arabic advantageous)
✅ PMP certification is a plus
