📌 Key Responsibilities
✔ Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and regulations (OSHA, Saudi OHS, etc.)
✔ Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards
✔ Lead safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors
✔ Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports
✔ Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all personnel
✔ Monitor compliance with emergency response plans and fire safety protocols
✔ Maintain safety documentation and records for audits and inspections
✔ Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety into all operations
🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 5+ years of experience in construction/industrial safety management
✅ Certified in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety qualifications
✅ Strong knowledge of Saudi OHS regulations, OSHA standards, and international best practices
✅ Experience with safety management software (EHS platforms, incident reporting tools)
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to conduct safety audits and deliver effective training programs
✅ Fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
