🛡️ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Implement & monitor HSE policies and procedures
✔ Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments
✔ Lead safety training and toolbox talks for workers
✔ Investigate incidents/near-misses and prepare reports
✔ Ensure compliance with Qatar HSE regulations (MOECC standards)
✔ Maintain safety documentation and permits
✔ Coordinate emergency response drills
✔ Monitor PPE compliance across site
⚠️ Must-Have Qualifications:
✅ 3+ years as Safety Officer in construction industry
✅ Mandatory Certifications:
- NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent)
- ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 knowledge
✅ Technical Skills: - Risk assessment methodologies
- Fire safety management
- Scaffolding/working at heights safety
✅ Software Proficiency: - MS Office (Advanced Excel)
- HSE management systems
✅ Language: Fluent English (Arabic advantageous)
🛠️ Preferred Skills:
🌟 Experience with mega construction projects
🌟 Knowledge of FIDIC contract safety requirements
🌟 First Aid/CPR certified
🌟 UPDA certification (advantageous)
