🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed 3D Revit models for various structural and architectural projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Create and update construction documentation, shop drawings, and coordination drawings using Revit
- Ensure models comply with BIM standards, project requirements, and company protocols
- Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks or similar coordination tools
- Support the BIM Manager in the development and implementation of project-specific BIM workflows
- Perform quantity take-offs and assist with estimation and tendering processes
- Stay current with industry trends and new software tools for continual improvement
🧰 Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- ✅ Autodesk Revit (Advanced level)
- ✅ Navisworks for clash detection
- ✅ AutoCAD
- ✅ BIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
- ✅ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- ✅ Good knowledge of UAE construction standards & codes
- ✅ Excellent understanding of structural systems, detailing, and documentation
- ✅ Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
💼 Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit in a professional setting
- Proven experience in large-scale building projects in the UAE or GCC is a plus
