Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in Ahmedabad and the broader Gujarat region. You will be responsible for expanding KILONEWTONS’ market footprint, identifying lucrative commercial and industrial construction opportunities, and driving revenue growth. As the face of our business in this region, you will cultivate strong relationships with developers, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Western India market.

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and heavy engineering sectors.

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation and project scoping to contract negotiation and closing.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, project owners, and architectural partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regional infrastructure developments to keep the senior management team informed.
Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is a plus).

Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the construction, engineering, or heavy building materials industry.

Deep understanding of the Ahmedabad and Gujarat regional market dynamics and a strong existing network of industry contacts.

Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
