🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RECRUITER to manage full-cycle recruitment and ensure we attract top-tier professionals across industries. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of proven experience in technical and non-technical hiring, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of recruitment tools and analytics platforms.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
✅ Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
✅ Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed for targeted talent acquisition.
✅ Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for streamlined recruitment.
✅ Conduct background checks and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
✅ Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
✅ Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
🧠 Required Skills & Competencies
💡 Expertise in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Zoho Recruit, Workable, or BambooHR.
💡 Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and HR analytics tools.
💡 Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and social media recruiting.
💡 Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
💡 Ability to handle multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines.
🎓 Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
