KILONEWTONS is seeking a professional Receptionist with 5+ years of experience to manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth office operations.
π Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally

Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
β
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
β
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
β
Support administrative tasks, including document handling and data entry
β
Coordinate with internal teams for office requirements

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
β
Maintain visitor logs and security protocols

Provide information and support to employees and guests
β
Assist in office events, travel arrangements, and daily operations
π― Experience & Qualifications
πΉ Minimum 5 YEARS of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
πΉ High school diploma or Bachelorβs degree preferred
πΉ Experience in UAE-based corporate or engineering offices preferred
