🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil, structural, and MEP works
✅ Evaluate and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documents
✅ Track project costs and ensure budgets are adhered to
✅ Analyze and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
✅ Prepare and manage contractual claims, variations, and change orders
✅ Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams
✅ Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and quantities for billing
✅ Assist in final project audits and closeout documentation
🛠️ Required Skills & Software Knowledge:
📋 Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, estimation, and tendering practices
- Experience in civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Understanding of standard codes and project documentation (IS codes, CPWD, etc.)
💻 Software Proficiency:
- MS Excel (advanced level) for cost tracking and analysis
- AutoCAD (for reading technical drawings)
- MS Project or Primavera (for planning coordination)
- Quantity Takeoff Tools (PlanSwift, CostX, or similar – preferred)
- ERP systems (SAP, Tally ERP, or similar – added advantage)
👤 Candidate Profile:
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying roles
🔹 Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
🔹 Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
