KILONEWTONS is looking for a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure excellence in our projects. You’ll develop/implement QA protocols, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement across all operations.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop/implement QA policies and procedures per ISO 9001 standards
- Conduct audits and inspections of materials, processes, and final products
- Maintain documentation of QA processes, defects, and corrective actions
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and production teams
- Lead root cause analysis for defects/non-conformities
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices
- Stay updated on industry regulations and QA methodologies
📊 Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Civil or related)
- 5+ years QA/QC experience in construction/manufacturing/etc.
- Expertise in:
- ISO 9001/QMS implementation
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- FMEA/Risk Analysis
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods
- Proficient with:
- QA software (e.g., SAP QM, Minitab)
- CAD/CAM tools
- MS Office (Advanced Excel)
- Certifications preferred:
- CQE (ASQ Certified Quality Engineer)
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
- Lead Auditor Certification
