⚙️ Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC SPECIALIST to oversee quality control and assurance activities across our construction and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials, workmanship, and processes comply with international standards, project specifications, and company policies.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans in alignment with project requirements.
✅ Conduct inspection, testing, and verification of construction materials, equipment, and work procedures.
✅ Ensure all works meet contract specifications, codes, and standards.
✅ Maintain and update QA/QC documentation, reports, and test records.
✅ Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
✅ Prepare and conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC systems.
✅ Oversee the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Corrective Action processes.
✅ Provide training and guidance to site teams on quality standards and procedures.
✅ Monitor project progress to ensure consistent quality control at all stages.
✅ Liaise with clients and consultants regarding quality performance and testing results.
💡 Required Skills & Software Knowledge
🔹 In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
🔹 Familiarity with construction standards (ASTM, BS, ASME, ACI, etc.).
🔹 Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, QA/QC documentation software, and quality control tools.
🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
🔹 Experience with QA/QC checklists, inspection test plans (ITP), and material approval workflows.
🔹 Understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) integration with QA/QC procedures.
🎓 Qualifications
🎯 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
🎯 Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction or engineering industries.
🎯 Certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, ASQ CQE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
🎯 Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
