KILONEWTONS is recruiting a visionary Projects Manager to lead large-scale developments in Tabuk’s booming construction sector. This pivotal role offers the chance to shape Saudi Arabia’s future infrastructure.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Project Leadership:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout
• Manage budgets exceeding SAR 50M+ with strict cost control

✔ Team Management:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of 50+ professionals
• Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors

✔ Technical Oversight:

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes and NEOM standards
• Implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes

✔ Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with government authorities and international consultants
• Present progress reports to C-level executives

✔ Risk Management:

• Develop contingency plans for complex projects
• Maintain “Zero Incident” safety culture

💻 Mandatory Skills & Tools

✅ Software Mastery:

• Primavera P6/MS Project
• AutoCAD/Revit (BIM Level 2)
• SAP ERP for construction
• Power BI for analytics

✅ Certifications:

• PMP/PMI (Required)
• Risk Management Professional (Preferred)
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration

✅ Sector Experience:

• 5+ years in GCC megaprojects
• High-rise/industrial/infrastructure background

💰 Compensation Package

• Tax-Free Salary: SAR 25,000–35,000/month
