Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Project Manager to lead our major construction and engineering initiatives in Riyadh. You will be the driving force behind project execution, holding full responsibility for delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and up to our exacting standards of structural integrity. You will lead cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between digital design models and on-site physical construction.

Key Responsibilities: * Direct and manage the full lifecycle of complex engineering and construction projects, from initial planning and resource allocation to final handover.

Define precise project scopes, establish comprehensive timelines, and strictly monitor milestones to ensure flawless execution.
Lead and mentor on-site engineers, coordinators, and external contractors, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and high performance.
Oversee the financial health of assigned projects, actively managing budgets, forecasting costs, and mitigating financial risks.
Collaborate closely with the structural design teams to ensure that outputs from software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla Structures are seamlessly translated into on-site methodologies.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-level stakeholders, clients, and local regulatory authorities in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is highly preferred.

Proven track record (7+ years) in managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects, with specific experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
Deep technical understanding of modern construction materials, structural engineering principles, and quality control standards.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous for regional stakeholder management.
