📝 Key Responsibilities & Duties:
As a Project Manager at KILONEWTONS, you will be accountable for:
- 🎯 Leading the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to execution, monitoring, and successful handover.
- 📊 Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all milestones are clearly defined and tracked.
- 💻 Utilizing advanced project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) for scheduling, resource allocation, and critical path analysis.
- 👥 Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing project team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- 🤝 Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations effectively.
- 📈 Implementing robust risk management strategies to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- ✅ Ensuring strict adherence to the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environment (HSE) throughout the project duration.
- 💰 Controlling project costs, managing variations, and providing accurate financial reporting to senior management.
✅ Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate will be a distinguished professional with:
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive project management experience, with a substantial and verifiable portfolio within the Gulf region (GCC).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is highly preferred.
- MUST HAVE demonstrated proficiency with relevant project management software, including but not limited to:
- Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project
- AutoCAD or similar for drawing review
- MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel for reporting)
- A proven history of managing large-scale construction projects (value >$50M) on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international building codes, standards, and construction practices in the Gulf region.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
