📋 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Plan and execute engineering projects (construction/industrial/manufacturing)
✔ Manage project scope, timeline, and budget (triple constraint)
✔ Lead cross-functional teams (engineers, contractors, stakeholders)
✔ Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans
✔ Ensure compliance with Chinese regulations and quality standards
✔ Prepare progress reports and present to senior management
✔ Maintain client relationships and manage expectations
✔ Oversee procurement and resource allocation
💼 Must-Have Skills & Tools:
✅ Project Management: PMP/PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
✅ Software Proficiency: MS Project, Primavera P6, JIRA
✅ Technical Knowledge: Engineering fundamentals (civil/mechanical/electrical)
✅ Financial Acumen: Budgeting, cost control, ROI analysis
✅ Communication: Fluent in Mandarin and professional English
✅ Leadership: Team motivation and conflict resolution
