Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Project Engineer to join our operations in Gurugram. In this pivotal role, you will act as the crucial link between project management, technical design, and on-site execution. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating engineering activities, ensuring that our complex commercial and industrial construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and monitor all phases of the engineering project lifecycle, from initial site mobilization to final handover.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets to track overall progress.

Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, architects, subcontractors, and our internal Site Engineers and BIM teams.

Review structural drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications to resolve any design clashes or constructability issues before they impact the site.

Manage essential project documentation, including RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, submittals, and daily progress reports.
Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.

Proven track record as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager in the commercial construction, heavy engineering, or infrastructure sectors.

Proficiency in project management software (such as MS Project or Primavera P6) as well as familiarity with engineering tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla Structures.

Thorough understanding of Indian building codes, modern construction methodologies, and strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage multiple project deliverables simultaneously.
