✅ Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
✅ Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings
✅ Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical submittals
✅ Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines
✅ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
✅ Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients
✅ Handle documentation, contracts, and project correspondence
✅ Use project management tools and software for planning and execution
💼 Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
🛠️ Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles
📐 Proficient in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, MS Project, and Primavera
📊 Experience in Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Reporting
📋 Familiarity with IS codes and relevant construction standards
🧾 Excellent knowledge of construction materials and specifications
🤝 Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
🖥️ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
🏆 Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project execution and site management
- Proven track record in handling mid to large-scale engineering projects
