📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings to determine project requirements and schedule deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
• Prepare, submit, and manage project documentation, including RFIs, method statements, material submittals, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress, track budgets, and prepare detailed status reports for management and clients.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective solutions to mitigate project delays and cost overruns.
• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.
• Conduct technical evaluations of materials and methods to ensure optimal project outcomes.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on site.

⚙️ Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, project management principles, and Oman building regulations.
• Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard software:
  • AutoCAD (2D/3D modeling and drawing review)
  • MS Project (Scheduling & Resource Management)
  • Primavera P6 (Advanced scheduling)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel for reporting)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
