🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage all technical aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
✔ Develop project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project
✔ Review engineering drawings and specifications (AutoCAD, Revit)
✔ Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and government authorities
✔ Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards
✔ Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
✔ Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and safety regulations
✔ Resolve technical issues and RFIs on-site
✔ Implement value engineering solutions
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 5+ years in Gulf construction projects (KSA experience mandatory)
✅ Expertise in:
• Primavera P6 • AutoCAD • Revit • BIM Coordination
✅ Strong knowledge of:
• Concrete/steel structures • MEP systems • Finishing works
✅ Certifications (preferred):
• PMP • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) license
✅ Bachelor’s in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (must be attested)
✅ Fluent in English & Arabic (advantageous)
