Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and adaptable Programmer to join our technology hub in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining custom software solutions, including cross-platform mobile applications and internal digital tools that streamline our engineering and business operations. You will collaborate closely with our digital team to write clean, scalable code and bring new technical capabilities to life.

Key Responsibilities: * Write, test, and deploy robust code for custom software applications and cross-platform mobile environments.

  • Integrate frontend interfaces with reliable backend services and databases, ensuring seamless data synchronization and high performance.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems to improve efficiency and the end-user experience.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and management teams to translate business requirements into functional digital products.

  • Maintain clear technical documentation and participate in regular code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Proven experience in software development with strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Dart, Java, Python, or C++).

  • Hands-on experience with mobile application development frameworks (such as Flutter), IDEs like Android Studio, and backend platforms like Firebase.

  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, version control tools (e.g., Git), and agile development methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
