🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (construction/industrial sector preferred).
✅ Strong knowledge of procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
✅ Expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis.
✅ Familiarity with Saudi procurement laws and international trade practices.
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), data reporting, and inventory systems.
✅ Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
