Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee our procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and cost optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, contract negotiation, and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory.
- Manage procurement budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of procurement experience, preferably in relevant industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations.
