✅ Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 & MS Project
✔ Monitor construction progress and identify critical path delays
✔ Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for stakeholders
✔ Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and engineers
✔ Implement risk management strategies for schedule adherence
✔ Analyze project delays and recommend recovery plans
🔍 Must-Have Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related field)
✔ 5+ years in construction planning (GCC experience preferred)
✔ Expertise in Primavera P6 (PMP/PMI-SP certification a plus)
✔ Advanced MS Project & Excel skills (Gantt charts, macros)
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
