KILONEWTONS is seeking a strategic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our core functions and drive excellence across the organization! 🚀 This is a pivotal leadership role for a professional with over 5 years of experience who is ready to optimize processes, inspire teams, and contribute significantly to our growth in Muscat.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and refine operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission—specifically, support in management reporting, information flow, and business process optimization. 📊
• Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
• Manage and lead a cross-functional team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Manage the procurement, logistics, and supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
• Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
• Prepare and control the operational budget to promote profitability and ensure resources are used effectively.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way and comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Liaise with senior management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Uphold and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout all operations.

⚙️ Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in an Operations Management or similar leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a strong plus).
• Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools:
  • Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Modeling)
  • Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation (a significant advantage)
• Strong knowledge of operational management and financial principles, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and people management skills with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• In-depth understanding of project management principles and performance metrics.
