We’re seeking a visionary Operations Manager to optimize our engineering/construction operations across California. If you’re a strategic leader with a proven track record in large-scale project execution, we want you on our team!
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee end-to-end operations for engineering/construction projects
✔ Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency
✔ Manage P&L for multiple projects ($10M+ budgets)
✔ Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, procurement)
✔ Ensure compliance with California building codes (Title 24, OSHA, Cal/OSHA)
✔ Optimize supply chain and vendor relationships
✔ Implement lean manufacturing/six sigma principles
✔ Drive safety culture and quality assurance programs
💻 Must-Have Skills & Tools:
✅ Project Management: PMP certification (preferred)
✅ Software: Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP/Oracle ERP
✅ Analytics: Power BI/Tableau for operational metrics
✅ Regulatory Knowledge: CA-specific environmental & safety regulations
✅ Leadership: 5+ years managing teams of 20+

✔ Experience with CEQA compliance
✔ Knowledge of local union regulations
✔ Familiarity with California energy efficiency standards
