โจ Key Responsibilities:
โ Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
โ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff and management.
โ Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
โ Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
โ Assist in HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
โ Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
โ Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
โ Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
โ Ensure office compliance with company policies and procedures.
๐ Must-Have Skills & Software Expertise:
โ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
โ Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
โ Basic Accounting & Bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks or similar is a plus)
