✔ Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN networks for optimal performance.
✔ Monitor network security, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
✔ Manage firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and VoIP systems.
✔ Perform regular backups, updates, and disaster recovery planning.
✔ Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and best practices.
✔ Collaborate with IT teams to resolve escalated network issues.
✔ Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.
