KILONEWTONS is looking for a seasoned LOGISTICS MANAGER to oversee our end-to-end supply chain operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics management, with expertise in UAE/GCC supply chain networks. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize costs and efficiency
✔ Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution networks
✔ Oversee transportation management (land, sea, and air freight)
✔ Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers
✔ Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and trade laws
✔ Implement and optimize WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA)
✔ Lead a team of logistics professionals and warehouse staff
✔ Analyze logistics KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Manage budgets, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies
📊 Skills & Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred)
✅ 10+ years UAE/GCC experience in logistics/supply chain management
✅ Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS)
✅ Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures and import/export regulations
✅ Proven experience in freight forwarding and 3PL management
✅ Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
✅ Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
✅ Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CILT) are a plus
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic is advantageous)
