🚀 Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support our corporate network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN).
- Manage and monitor Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
- Manage cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure data integrity.
- Procure, configure, and deploy new hardware and software assets.
- Document IT processes, network configurations, and system manuals.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend system improvements.
🛠️ Required Skills & Software Proficiency:
- Essential Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar IT Administrator or Systems Administrator role.
- Core Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with:
- Operating Systems: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Windows 10/11, and Linux distributions
- Networking: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall management (Cisco, Fortinet, or similar)
- Virtualization: VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V
- Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Infrastructure Services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+, VMware VCP) are highly desirable.
