INTERIOR DESIGNER

KILONEWTONS is looking for passionate & creative designers who can make an impact that matters for our clients, our people and in our communities. KILONEWTONS is building a team which will work on high end Architecture and Interior projects.

What we are looking for :

• Should have handled the client facing role and have experience of managing clients, handling pitches and design presentations.
• Demonstrates a strong balance of technical expertise and conceptual design skills to develop the project from concept to handover.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor junior architects and collaborate with the Project Manager and the Studio Head.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work on multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
• Have strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
• Should have good communication & presentation skills.
• Should have knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Should have a positive mind-set towards work.
• Should subscribe to the company’s core values of Quality, Time & Professionalism.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for preparing production drawings (Civil & Furniture).
• You will be responsible for ensuring that quality of work including but not limited to proper documentation is consistent with company’s norms as well as professional standards.
• You will travel for assigned project presentations, Coordination meetings & site visits as required.
• Developing new design ideas / concepts and materials know how that can be taken to the market.
• You will work closely with the project team & Factory team for smooth delivery of the project.

Qualifications

• You are an interior designer with a minimum of 4 Yrs. of experience.
• You have relevant experience of working on Residential & Corporate interior design projects.
• You should have excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Google SketchUp and the ability to work on presentations.
• You have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
