🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and material handling systems
✔ Implement lean manufacturing principles (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma) to reduce waste
✔ Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and productivity analysis
✔ Develop ERP/MRP systems integration for inventory control
✔ Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions
✔ Ensure compliance with Indonesian industrial standards and safety regulations
💻 Must-Have Skills & Software Expertise:
✅ AutoCAD Plant 3D, SolidWorks, or Factory Design Suite
✅ Simulation tools (Arena, FlexSim, or AnyLogic)
✅ ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or custom solutions)
✅ Data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Python)
✅ Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum)
✅ Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
🎓 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
