📌 Job Overview
KILONEWTONS is looking for a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our Ras Al Khaimah operations team. You will be responsible for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing production processes in our state-of-the-art facility.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Process Optimization:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency
- Implement lean manufacturing & Six Sigma methodologies
- Reduce waste and enhance productivity across operations
✔ Production Planning:
- Design workflow systems & plant layouts
- Develop production schedules & capacity plans
- Optimize resource allocation & manpower planning
✔ Quality & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with ISO & OSHA standards
- Implement quality control measures
- Conduct risk assessments & safety audits
✔ Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use statistical analysis to identify bottlenecks
- Prepare performance reports & KPIs
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives
✔ Technology Integration:
- Implement automation & Industry 4.0 solutions
- Work with ERP & MES systems
- Support digital transformation projects
🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Technical Expertise:
- 5+ years in industrial engineering (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
✔ Software & Tools:
- Simulation Tools: Arena, FlexSim
- Data Analysis: Minitab, Tableau
- ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle
✔ Essential Skills:
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic a plus)
✔ Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Industrial Engineering or related field
