✨ Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
✔ Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles
✔ Design performance management systems and career frameworks
✔ Oversee compensation & benefits programs (including visa processing)
✔ Manage employee relations and ensure UAE labor law compliance
✔ Drive learning & development initiatives
✔ Implement HR tech solutions to streamline processes
✔ Build employer branding and talent retention strategies
✅ Requirements
▪️ Education: Bachelor’s in HR/Business (Master’s/MBA preferred)
▪️ Certification: CIPD/SHRM certification highly valued
▪️ Experience:
- 8+ years HR experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Tech/startup industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
▪️ Technical Skills: - HRIS systems (BambooHR, Zoho People)
- Advanced Excel/People Analytics
- ATS platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse)
