🛡️ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop & implement HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs
✔ Lead safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all project sites
✔ Ensure compliance with Qatar MOECC regulations, international standards (ISO 45001/14001), and client requirements
✔ Investigate incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions
✔ Train and mentor site teams on HSE best practices
✔ Liaise with government authorities, clients, and subcontractors on safety matters
✔ Monitor KPIs and report on HSE performance to senior management
✔ Manage emergency response plans and crisis management protocols
⚠️ Must-Have Skills & Certifications:
✅ 10+ years in HSE leadership roles (construction/oil & gas sectors preferred)
✅ Certifications:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
- OSHA/IOSH certifications (advantageous)
✅ Technical Expertise: - Qatar Construction Safety Standards (QCS, SCOP, etc.)
- HSE management software (Intelex, EcoOnline, etc.)
- Advanced incident investigation techniques (Root Cause Analysis)
✅ Soft Skills: - Strong leadership & team management
- Excellent communication (English + Arabic preferred)
