๐ Key Responsibilities
โ Manage end-to-end recruitment (postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
โ Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
โ Process visas, labor cards, and government documentation
โ Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
โ Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management
โ Serve as primary HR contact for employee inquiries
โ Ensure compliance with Oman labor laws and company policies
โ Organize employee engagement activities and events
๐ผ Required Qualifications
โ
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
โ
5+ years HR experience (Oman/GCC experience preferred)

Expertise in:
- HRIS software (Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)
- MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills required)
- Oman labor law and visa processing
โ Fluency in English (Arabic mandatory)
