📋 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
✔ Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Pakistani labor laws
✔ Oversee performance management and employee development programs
✔ Handle payroll processing and benefits administration
✔ Resolve employee relations issues and foster a positive work culture
✔ Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
✔ Organize training & development initiatives
✔ Ensure compliance with local labor regulations (EEO, OSHA, etc.)
💻 Must-Have Skills & Tools:
✅ HR Software: Oracle HCM, SAP HR, or similar HRIS platforms
✅ Recruitment Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or local job portals (Rozee.pk)
✅ Payroll Management: Familiarity with local tax & social security laws
✅ Communication: Fluent in English & Urdu (written & spoken)
✅ Analytical Skills: HR metrics & reporting
🎓 Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field
✔ 5+ years of HR experience (manufacturing/engineering sector preferred)
✔ Knowledge of Pakistani labor laws (Industrial Relations Act, etc.)
✔ Certification: SHRM or PHRI (preferred but not mandatory)
