We’re seeking a customer-focused Helpdesk Technician to provide exceptional IT support to our California teams. If you love solving tech puzzles and helping colleagues, we want you on our IT dream team!


🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide Tier 1-2 technical support (onsite and remote)
✔ Troubleshoot hardware/software issues (Windows/Mac, Office 365, VPN)
✔ Manage user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID
✔ Support meeting room AV systems and video conferencing
✔ Document solutions in IT knowledge base
✔ Set up and maintain workstations and peripherals
✔ Assist with IT asset management and inventory
✔ Educate users on best tech practices

💻 Must-Have Technical Skills:

OS Support: Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS/Android
Microsoft 365 Admin: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
Helpdesk Tools: ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk, or similar
Networking: Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP troubleshooting
Remote Support: TeamViewer, QuickAssist, RDP

✔ PowerShell scripting
✔ MDM (Intune/Jamf) experience
✔ CompTIA A+/Network+ certified
