We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure business growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
• Lead financial audits, risk management, and internal control processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends and financial data to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, IFRS, and GAAP.
• Proven experience in financial planning, risk management, and corporate finance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
