We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager in Dubai to oversee all facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure projects. This is a leadership role ideal for candidates who excel in strategy, operations, and team management.
π― Job Overview
As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of building operations, maintenance, and facility management. You will ensure that KILONEWTONS facilities remain safe, efficient, and compliant with all regulations.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE.
βοΈ Key Responsibilities
- π οΈ Oversee daily operations of KILONEWTONS facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
- π Plan, budget, and manage facility projects and capital expenditures.
- π Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE, ISO standards).
- π§° Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- π§© Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
- π Develop and enforce facility policies and standard operating procedures.
- π± Promote sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency, and resource optimization.
- π€ Lead, mentor, and manage facility staff to ensure high performance.
- π Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and maintenance schedules.
π» Required Skills & Software Proficiency
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, building systems, and infrastructure management.
- Proficiency with facility management software (FM:Systems, Archibus, Planon, or equivalent).
- Budgeting, procurement, and project management expertise.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations, fire safety, and ISO standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
- Analytical skills to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.
π Qualifications
- Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in facility management or operations leadership.
- Proven track record managing large-scale facilities, maintenance teams, and projects.
- Experience with sustainability and energy-efficient initiatives is a plus.
